regarding lineage holders

Over the last year, Rinpoche has received many questions regarding people who represent themselves as Rinpoche’s lineage holder or official representative.  Rinpoche has asked us to inform everyone that he has given several students permission to teach and lead Chod practice but he has not empowered anyone as a lineage holder of the Shije, Chod or Longchen Nyingthig traditions.

Further, Rinpoche has not appointed a “Dharma heir” or “official representative” or authorized any person or organization to raise money or perform other activities in his name.

If Rinpoche empowers one or more people as lineage holders, appoints a Dharma heir or official representative, or otherwise authorizes others to act in his name, he will make a public announcement.

chod DVDs are available
