Rinpoche will be leading Chod practice at the Northwest Tibetan Cultural Center in March. Practice is on Tuesdays and begins promptly at 600PM. Please arrive early so you can be in your place and ready to practice when Rinpoche arrives.
The text is Bellowing Laugh of the Dakinis, arranged by Rinpoche.
You can find more information on the Cultural Center, including the Center’s location here.
Rinpoche has returned to the United States and is again living in the Portland area. He will be traveling to Los Angeles and San Francisco in Februrary. We will post information about the California trip shortly.
While in Portland, Rinpoche is generally in retreat. If you would like to visit Rinpoche, please send an email to info at lamawangdu dot org and we will do our best to arrange an appointment.
Some years ago, Rinpoche was taped while practicing the Bellowing Laugh of the Dakinis Chod. We have a limited number of DVDs of that recording now available. Rinpoche is alone and the audio/video quality is very good, so this is a good way to learn the Chod melody, drum and kangling.
If you would like a copy, please send an email to info at lamawangdu dot org with your name and shipping address. We request a donation of $28, including domestic shipping, or $40, including overseas shipping, for international orders. All proceeds support Rinpoche’s activities. Payment is only through Paypal.
Rinpoche has arrived in Nepal and is in residence at Pal Gyi Ling Monastery.
The monastery is closed until April 17, 2017. After the 17th, visiting hours will be 9:00AM to 11:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Please do not visit outside these times. Thank you!
Good morning! The email signup box has been updated. You can use it to add your email to the list we use to send information on Rinpoche’s teaching and travel schedule. You must subscribe to the list directly; we can not add you.
Thanks to everyone who let us know that the old subscription option wasn’t working!
